Returns & Exchanges:
- You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
What’s not returnable:
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Custom or limited edition orders (unless defective).
How to return:
- Email us at seoulshine.za@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll get back to you with return instructions.
3. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We only cover shipping costs for replacements if the error was on our end.
